Resolved Question: what should be my first motorcycle, im having some problems?

im 16 6 foot 3 and 160 pounds i was thinking about the 2009 ninja 650r ive raced dirt bikes for a while 250cc 450cc ive all so raced super moto i even have taken a class so that i was able to race flat track bikes so ive been racing 600cc super sport bikes for a year and ive rode my friends R1 and even my dads zx14 my problem is i cant get a bigger or super sport bike without getting killed on insurance they wont even insure me on a 600cc super sport (zx6r) so im wondering what seems the best bike for me...
